FBG Casino, the older brother of rapper Future, pleaded guilty this Thursday to conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to distribute, after federal agents caught him with 17 kilograms of the drug. He now faces a 10-year mandatory minimum and up to life in prison.
What charges FBG Casino is facing
FBG Casino, whose real name is Rico Deville Buice, pleaded guilty on Thursday, October 2, to conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to distribute. The charge stems from a raid carried out in November 2025 at an Airbnb in Forest Park, Georgia, where authorities seized 17 kilograms of fentanyl, along with roughly $388,000 in cash, a Glock handgun with ammunition and an extended magazine.
What the plea deal requires
As part of the agreement, Buice must forfeit the $388,930 in cash, the firearm and the extended magazine seized during the raid. His request for pretrial release was denied, and he was taken back into custody ahead of his sentencing, which is set for January 7, 2027.
The sentence FBG Casino is facing
The conspiracy charge carries a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison and a maximum of life, along with a fine of up to $10 million, according to both outlets. FBG Casino is a member of the Freebandz crew and Future’s older brother, though there is no indication the rapper is connected to the case.
