50 Cent is taking another shot at Tia Kemp after securing a temporary court order involving his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson. The rapper mocked Kemp on Instagram, calling her a “gangsta granny” and suggesting the ruling could make her reconsider her behavior.
The latest exchange adds another chapter to the ongoing dispute between 50 Cent and Kemp, who has repeatedly traded insults with the rapper on social media. Their feud has also included a fake $6 million fundraiser created to troll 50 Cent, as previously covered by Urban Street.
50 Cent Takes Aim at Tia Kemp After Court Ruling
Following the court decision, 50 Cent shared a message on Instagram in which he questioned whether the temporary order would stop Kemp from making further comments about his family and legal team.
The rapper referenced allegations involving antisemitic remarks about his attorneys, revenge porn and online attacks against a minor. He then suggested the court intervention might at least make Kemp rethink what he described as her “gangsta granny” act.
Those accusations are claims made by 50 Cent and should not be confused with findings established by the judge. His post, however, shows that the legal dispute has not ended the public back-and-forth between the two.
What the Temporary Restraining Order Says
According to TMZ’s report, which cites court documents, a Florida judge issued a temporary injunction on October 26 to protect Sire.
The order requires Kemp to stay at least 500 feet away from the teenager and prohibits her from contacting him directly or indirectly, including through social media. It also bars her from possessing firearms or ammunition and requires her to surrender any weapons in her possession to law enforcement upon being served.
The ruling followed a petition filed on Sire’s behalf by 50 Cent. In the filing, the rapper alleged that Kemp had repeatedly targeted his son online, including making comments about the teenager’s development and sharing material that he considered inappropriate.
The restrictions are temporary. According to TMZ, the order was scheduled to expire on November 3, when both sides were expected to appear in court for a hearing on whether the protections should be extended.
The Legal Dispute Between 50 Cent and Tia Kemp
The court order is part of a wider conflict that has moved beyond social media. 50 Cent has also pursued a separate $6 million lawsuit against Kemp over statements he alleges were defamatory and harmful to his family.
That legal action has been another major development in their feud, which Urban Street previously covered in its report on the latest developments between 50 Cent and Tia Kemp.
For now, the temporary injunction focuses on protecting Sire, while the separate lawsuit concerns the allegations made by 50 Cent against Kemp. The two proceedings should not be treated as the same case or as a final resolution of their broader dispute.
50 Cent’s latest Instagram post makes clear that he is still willing to address Kemp publicly. But with the court now involved, the next hearing could prove more consequential than another exchange of insults online.
Will the temporary court order put an end to the public feud between 50 Cent and Tia Kemp, or will the dispute continue?
